ABOUT ME

Hey there! I’m Christina, a certified prenatal and postnatal trainer with 5 years of experience helping moms stay strong through pregnancy and postpartum. I got my training in London and have been working with women at all stages of motherhood ever since. I’m also a mom to a one-year-old little girl, and let me tell you—postpartum life is a whole new world!

During my pregnancy, I was diagnosed with diastasis recti (abdominal separation), which continued well into postpartum. Like so many other new moms, I was juggling so much that working out felt nearly impossible. We moved twice in the first six months of my daughter’s life, all while I was navigating postpartum recovery, and most of my days were spent packing and unpacking boxes! But in between all the chaos, I found time to heal my abdominal separation without any surgeries—just the right exercises and a lot of patience.

Now, I’m here to help other moms do the same. My goal is to guide you through safe, effective workouts that will help you regain your core strength and feel more like yourself again. Whether you’re newly postpartum, struggling with diastasis recti, or just trying to figure out how to work fitness into your busy life, I’m here for you every step of the way.
